the only government-approved vulnerable children’s home in the district of Monduli, Arusha, Tanzania
Majengo Vision
Our Vision is to provide support, stability and security for the children of the Majengo Children’s Home, offering good nutrition, medical services, clothing and education within a warm and loving environment – from childhood through adulthood – encouraging them to become vital, self-sufficient and contributing members of their community.
How you can help
All donations to Majengo go directly towards the support of the children. Either to their daily operating needs, to special English enhancement classes, to the financing of our new Majengo facility, first phase of which was completed in June 2013 when we celebrated the children moving in! All volunteers and board members are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and food while visiting Africa.
There will be Majengo sponsors at Spaghettifest. Stop by and ask us what you can do to help or click the links for more information
